Maxi mum service temperature 2300"F (1 260"C) in oxidizing atmospheres. Good resistance to sulfidizing atmospheres.

Maximum seruice temperalure 2100"F (1 1 50"C) in oxidizing atmospheres. Excellent resistance to sulfidizi ng atmospheres, corrosion, scaling, and abrasion. Maximum seruice temperature 1600'F (1 870'C) in oxidizing atmospheres. Frequently used in chemical applications due to corrosion resistance. Subject to carbide preci pitation between 800-1 000"F (427-538"C). Maximum service temperature 21 00"F (1 1 50"C) in oxidizing atmospheres. Avoid sulfidizi ng atmospheres.

3O4SS

Maximum service temperature 21 00"F (1150"C) in oxidizing or reducing atmospheres. Good resistance to sulfidizi ng atmospheres.

Maximum seruice temperature 2300"F (1260"C) in low stress, oxidizing atmospheres. Best used over 1750'F (955'C) and up to 2400"F (1315"C) for short term. Excellent resistance to carburization, nitriding, and Chlori ne attack. Maximum seruice temperature i 600"F (870"C) in oxidizing atmospheres. Considered better than 304ss and 31Oss on corrosion. Subject to carbide preci pitation between 800-1 000'F (427-538"C). Used in chemical and food applications. Maximum service temperalure 21 00"F (1 1 50'C) in oxidizing atmospheres. Good resistance to carburizing in reduci ng envi ronments. Resists heat scaling. Better than 304ss on corrosion.
