Extension Ware -

Multicable - Twisted Pairs and Overall 'Shielded Multicable extension wire is cost effective and space saving method of running multiple sensor leads to the process instru- mentation. Multicable extension wire is constructed to protect the thermocouple circuits from electrical interference. Overall shielded wire has a aluminum backed Mylar tape covering the bundle of twisted wire pairs. This gives protection from external noise. The indi- vidually and overall shielded wire has the aluminum backed Mylar tape wrapped around each twisted pair and again over all of the pairs. This gives excellent protection against external and internal noise. A drain wire, which is used to terminate the shielding to ground, can-be specified by adding a "DW'to the end of the part numbers listed below. lf a communications wire is required, add a "CW'to the end of the part number. Notes: -Special limits can be specified by doubting the type letter in the part number. Example: 20KKX04-PP -A drain wire can be specified by adding a "DW'to the end of the part number. Example: 20KKX04-PP'DW -A communications wire can be specified by adding a "CW'to the end of the paft number. Example: 20KKX04'PP-CW
