Richards Ceramic insulators are made from the highest quality raw materials and carefully blended for superior mechanical strength, resistance to thermal shock and excellent insulating properties at high temperatures. Strict attention to hole size, wall thick- ness, and other details result in minimum breakage during installation. Our oval type insulators are designed to allow two thermo- couple elements to be installed in a single protection tube. The part numbers below describe the physical dimensions of the insula- tors. Example: The part number 823-0 signifies a 8 gauge insulator, two holes, three inches long, oval in shape. H 811 1 1
