Angle Thermocouple Assemblies - Metal Tube - With Elbow

The Richards standard head (SH) style die cast aluminum weatherproof head is the most versatile head we offer. This head has a NEMA 4 rating for indoor or outdoor use in non-hazardous locations. The cover and body have been polished to help prevent corro- sion. The cover has a special silicone gasket, which helps protects the connector block from wind-blown rain and dust. This gasket is also press fit into a groove to keep it from falling out when the cover is removed for inspection. A stainless steel chain is attached to the cover and body to prevent it from getting misplaced. One of the most beneficial advantages to this type of head is the variety of connector blocks which can be used. The SH style head also can also be fitted with our in-head stvle (TS) transmitters.

Note: lf you would like to order a screw cover head, remove the (SH) from the end of the part number.
